1. Service Definition
ecumapping offers ECU tuning and chip tuning file service for professional dealers. Our services include: • Stage 1, 2, 3 Tuning services • DPF Off, EGR Off, AdBlue Off services • File upload and download • Technical support • Online dealer panel
2. Account Creation and Use
To use our services: • You must be over 18 years old • You must register with a valid business address • You must provide accurate and current information • You are responsible for your account security • You cannot share your account with others • You must keep your password confidential
3. Acceptable Use
When using our platform: • You must act in accordance with laws • You must respect the rights of others • You must not damage the system • You must not attempt unauthorized access • You must not send spam or malicious content • You must not abuse our service
4. Payment and Billing
Payment terms: • All prices are in Euros (€) • Payments are taken in advance • Automatic renewal option is available • Invoices are sent by email • Prices include VAT • Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer
5. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund terms: • You can cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period • No refunds for used services • Full refund within 14 days if service not used • Compensation or refund in case of technical problems • Refund requests must be sent to info@ecumapping.com
6. Intellectual Property
Platform content: • All content belongs to ecumapping • You cannot copy logos, software, and content • Files you upload belong to you • You grant us a limited license • You are responsible for your own content
7. Disclaimer
Our services are provided 'as is': • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service • There is no 100% success guarantee for files • We are not responsible for vehicle damage • We are not responsible for third-party services • Backup responsibility belongs to the user
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability: • Is limited to the maximum amount you paid • We are not responsible for indirect damages • We are not responsible for data loss • We are not responsible for loss of business • Mandatory legal liabilities are excluded
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Our right to terminate your account: • If you violate terms of use • If you engage in illegal activities • If you fail to make payment • If you damage the platform • With or without prior notice
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. If you continue to use the service after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
